Subject:Acid Pro as step sequencer?

I'm looking into using a voice multiplier plugin and a couple say that after recording one voice note, I can use a step sequencer to essentially draw copies of that voice note in my DAW's midi track sequencer. I've used midi soft synths in Acid many times and use the piano roll inline editor, or traditional midi editor often. Can i use some type of blank piano roll, add in my one voice note then draw more notes around the grid the same as i do with drums, or soft synths?

You'd need to load the voice samples into a VSTi Sampler in order to play back as a midi track.

Unless that's what you plugin is (a VSTi or DXi), instead of an automatic voice-doubler-harmoniser effect thingy.
