I'm still on Soundforge 9 due to $$$. Last I checked, SF would not "see" the drivers the Focusrite 2i2 audio interface. Is there an update? Deadears |

What is the problem you are having? Do you have the latest drivers installed for the 2i2? What drivers are you selecting in Forge? Mapper, Wave Classic, ASIO? We don't release updates to versions other than the current release version. Peter |

When I launch Soundforge, I consistently get the error message "Focusrite USB drivers are missing or in use by another program", which is not the case. Then it tells me Microsoft Sound Mapper will be used until I select another audio device. So Windows knows the device is there, just not SF. Focusrite does not show up in the SF audio device menu. Yes, they appear to be the most recent Windows drivers, 2.5.1 I have no trouble using an RME 8 channel audio device, but too big for traveling. Deadears System at the moment. "Focusrite USB drivers are missing or in use by another program" This can be caused by the the device being used as your default Windows output/input device. If Windows is using the Focusrite as its default output/input source, then you will have to switch it to use another device on your system - typically the builtin hardware of your PC/Laptop.
