You have any issues using firewire interfaces by chance with windows 10? I had trouble utilizing my presonus firepod with windows 8 due to firewire drivers in win 8. Even legacy drivers. Ended up reformatting and reinstalling win 7. Hesitant to make the jump to 10. |

YES! I'm using an M-Audio FW410. It will use your Windows 7 drivers. The problem with FW and W8 was you needed to install a legacy 1394 driver from MS. |

Good to hear. I went back to W7 because my FW410 didn't like playing with W8 or W8.1. |

Even after using legacy FireWire drives with Windows 8, and 8.1 I still had issues using my FireWire interface (Presonus FP10). After much frustration I had to go back to Windows 7. I'm very skeptical of the Windows 10 functionality with studio production. |
