Hello Folks, I have been using Sound Forge 9 forever. I want to move to the current Mac version, however I need it to be able to insert regions into a wav file, and then extract those regions to multiple wav files. I have included a link to a 2 minute video clip that illustrates what I am hoping Sound Forge for Mac will do. Can anyone tell me if Sound Forge for Mac can do what is shown from this clip of Sound Forge 9? There was a tab on the menu bar called "Special." There, I could insert regions. Then I click on the "Tools" tab, and from there extract the regions. Any help greatly appreciated! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JfSV0K_RsM |

With Sound Forge for Mac you can still extract regions with File | Extract Regions... but you cannot load a region list. You have to create the regions manually one at a time with Insert | Region. ~jr |
