Plugins that came with product (Noise Reduction, Audio Restoration, Click and Crackle Removal, Clipped Peak Restoration, etc) suddenly no longer work - they require an activation code, which I do not have (and were never sent, or needed, when I purchased SF11 in 2013), and now only work in demo mode.
I've submitted a "question" to Sony under "My Support" but from past experience I know it will be weeks, if ever, that they bother to respond, so if anyone has any ideas or help it would be greatly appreciated.

- This is a customer service issue and should be addressed to that dept... either by phone, fax, email or online chat.
The customer service dept. is allegedly faster to respond and more accommodating than tech support.
