Subject:RE:5F Splash and Exit Problem in XP

After upgrading to 5f, I now get a scan for plug-ins, a splash and the program exits. Running XP Pro. Tried Re-installing. No Luck. Tried reinstall of XP and no luck. Look like we need some help from Sonic Foundry on this one. Help!!
