Subject:Playing my tracks

Hi. I have been a member on Acid Planet for a long time now, and no one except me can play my tracks...
I have asked friends to listen to my work and they can log onto my profile but cannot play my tracks.

I have contacted help and support but have received no answer for over week.
All my tracks are PG rated more or less.
Anyone else had this problem?
