I have the exact same issue. Currently, using the PresetManager to backup and restore presets for SF10 (PC) does not work.

Looks like this thread got mixed up.. Anyway I am still trying to find a solution in hopes that Sony may fix the issues I encountered with the Preset Manager system...

Currently when I make a backup of presets this backup is deemed 'corrupted' on my attempt to re-open..

In hopes that Sony may update the very outdated preset manager - my ticket was sent into support to look at my file...

Crosses fingers and hoes for best.
