Subject:O/T Does Tech Support Function?

Just been trying to contact tech support by email.

All questions answered, and problem posed. Queen's English used.

Simply cannot submit form: 'There was an error submitting the form due to invalid input.'
Any ideas?

Re: SF Pro 11 Build 299 STILL locks up on 'Normalize.

Am now inclined to press for a refund.

Maybe a Customer Support request for a refund might prompt a response from Tech Support !

Tech Support now accepting email. Help request logged in.
In view of past responses from Tech support I am not holding my breath. It seems that before CS will accept request for refund a Tech support request must be registered.

Contacted bank/card issuer and stopped payment under consumer protection.

My last experience with TS was when Vegas Pro 11 was released and it was not possible to Print to Tape (HDV). Corrected 5 months later with an update to VP11.
