Support just asked me to check everything before I ask this question. I did! Then they said for me to make sure I check everything. I don't think they even read my problem. So, I'm checking with the forums. Anybody had this problem? Here's what I wrote support: My motherboard went kaput! This means I had to build new computer, with a brand new WIN 7 64bit OEM. I've gone to my Sony account and successfully downloaded and re-registered ACID PRO 7, Movie Studio Platinum 12, and many other extras that are listed. No problems! Except when I downloaded my Native Instruments Guitar Combos, that were included with ACID PRO 7, I need a serial number to give to Native Instruments. Where is my serial number? I realize this is not a sony product, but All the VAAST products for Movie Studio are not Sony products, yet you provided the serial numbers in my account, when I re-installed and registered them. You should have been provided a serial number for the NI plugins when you recieved ACID. This was either on a card in the box or via email. You then had to register with NI, so you should have an account with NI. In the past (i have not done this in a long time) you could log into your NI account and see all of your registered products and their corresponding serial number. If you cannot obtain it from NI, then I would suggest you contact sales, not tech support. Peter |

When you activate your NI you probably registered an email along with it, so it means you have an official NI account, from there i think you can check all registered software by logging in your registered email account in NI webiste... |
