Subject:Beatmap metronome

Is there a way to turn on the metronome in Beat Map? It appears older versions had a little click box to turn the metronome on an off when beat mapping. I've got a long tune with a bunch of tempo shifts in it and I can't seem to find a way to turn on the metronome in beat mapping so I can mark off the tempo changes more easily.
