Lag - buffering issue with Behringer -Sound Forge - PC

I used with no problem with Sounf Forge 9 on a win 8 32bit pc. I upgraded my machine to a Asus notebook with 8.1 64 bit, and on this computer, I have an issue with Sound Forge 9. Infact, audio and wave on display are not in sync. When I press play, I have to put the bar approx 0,3 sec BEFORE the wave, to hear correctly. This happens only with Behringer ASIO, NOT with Asio4all or other (as internal audio device driver). Consider that I have no possibility to change "Playback buffering": it's grey and setted to 0.011. I tried with so many configurations on Behringer Asio driver and Sound forge options... Any idea? Thanks in advance!
