Hello Developers I have a request for a plugin manager option similar to Logic Pro's Audio Unit Manager. I have a number of Waves bundles in which i only use a few of the plugins. In Logic one can deselect the unwanted plugins thereby making the plugin window more visually manageable. Please implement this in SF as it will speed up the workflow and very simply be better for the "searching for the right plugin eyes." ( i for one do not enjoy going through a long list of options to load a plugin, especially if that list include choices i do not need or use....think workflow) Also, is it normal behaviour for plugins to take 5 seconds to load and unload? SF is the only audio application that i use that does not have an almost instant plugin load. A touch of a workflow stumble. I'm not sure if this is by design or ???? Krzysztof |

Solved! Waves AU Reg Utility to the rescue! Thanks to Dotan at Waves support. |

Can you please specify what the solution was? I asked the same question to Waves, but I've got no reply yet. Very annoying problem to have. Thank you! |

Hi First thing you need to do is to remove the Waves plugins you do not wish to use (i put them in a folder Waves Unused) Second navigate to the Waveshell folder double click the Waves AU Reg Utility. Third Click "Lets Go" In essence the Waves AU Reg Utility resets the Waves Waveshell Pref file to reflect which plugins are installed in the Waves Plugin Folder. That's it! ( you might have a couple of Waves AU Reg Utility available dependent on which waves version you have installed...i have some plugins that are V 9.3 and and some that are V 9.7...i just double clicked both.)
