Subject:Batch Converter and Cakewalk Fx problems

I'm using the Batch Converter, and trying to use it with some Cakewalk Fx plug-ins, particularly the Cakewalk Fxeq. It refuses to load the Fxeq. Most of the C/W FX things load into the batch con. fine, but there are about 5 or 6 that refuse. Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas?

Barry,
The new fully automatable realtime DX8 plugins included with SONAR will only work exclusively in SONAR because of a licensing agreement with the original plugin designers, Power Technology. They are actually derived from their excellent DSP-FX line of DX effects. The FxReverb for instance, is actually the DSP-FX StudioVerb, but with realtime DX8 automation. It is unfortunate we can't use these great DX8 effects in other apps, but I am sure that was the compromise struck between Cakewalk and Power Technology in order to get these included for free with SONAR, since Power Technology sells these same DX8 effects as a separate package to other users.
