Subject:SF wav properties messed up in Akai S5k

I would so very appreciate some help on this issue, of using SF-edited WAVs in an Akai S5000 sampler....

When I transfer a Sound Forge WAV to the sampler...
- the unity note shows up one octave lower than I set it (e.g. SF=A7; Akai=A6).
- "One-Shot" set in SF will not show up in Akai.

THANK YOU to anyone that can help, I am spending way too much tedious time correcting these problems.
