Subject:Where is playback drop-down list?

I'm using Sound Forge 5 with an Echo Audio Mona, which has multiple inputs and outputs. It says in the users guide that I can select my inputs and outputs by choosing my i/o on the 'playback drop-down list'. The only problem is that I can't find that thing. Where is it? How do I get to it?

This is in Options/Preferences on the "Wave" tab.
