Workflow using After Effects CC?

Anyone out there using Vegas with After Effects?

I was wondering what your work flow is. I have been having difficulty utilizing the Export function as AE is not reading them. I do remember doing this often a few versions back, but not luck with version 12 or 13.

Any thoughts?

Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit
RAM: 16gb

I'm doing it with AE CS6 not the creative cloud version, works fine.
I'm not sure about this, but I think there's a difference between the 'traditional' versions of prem/AE and the creative cloud ones that cause issues. I think but I'm not sure they may even have issues passing from one to another.

There' an old After Effects script somewhere here on the forum where you export a vegas EDL.txt file, then run that script from insode AE and it will pull the timeline in to AE. I used that before V12 came out.
