Subject:How to restore old FX chains??

HI, I have written a support for this but I got no response yet.

Before I reinstall Windows 8, I backup all my old fx chain presets (have backup of all old HD too), now when I try to open that Preset Manager 2.0 file it won't load and says it's corrupt.

ALso I tried to move the files into respective folders from my old HD but nothing has yet worked.

I can see in the /roaming/fxpackages/ directory all the old fx chains??

help please I really need to get my old chains back.

HI, is anyone from Tech Support back from holidays yet?

Surely someone must know of a solution for this???

If you want Tech Support, write to them direct; so far as I know they don't read the User Forum!

Yes, this is a user forum.. though Peter (SonyPCH), occasionally chimes in.
Tech Support will likely ignore you, or get back to you after you're out of business.
