Greetings, I am trying to avoid the Win XP upgrade from Win 2K just for this problem. I need to transfer mixes, digitally, from my HD to DAT via the MOTU 2408. The audio application that I am using for this is SF. Previously I was using a Gina20 and I was able to get around this problem by maxing the SPDIF output in the Windows Mixer. From there I was able to peak the audio at 0dB. Since swithing to the MOTU, I no longer have access to the Windows Mixer as the OS claims the driver was not installed properly (but I have been using the 2408 without any problems). Is there a way to get Windows Mixer to work or be able to peak the MOTU 2408 SPDIF output to 0 dB whle using Win2K. KB |
