Deselecting VST/Consolidated Projects -Sound Forge - Mac

Firstly, is there a way to deselect the loading of VST's.....only use audio units, do not need the vst's showing doubles of plugins. Secondly, is there a way to consolidate projects so that all audio files and the master project (which includes multiple files/tabs, effect presets and the such) are in one package?
