Subject:Quick way to double a file.

Hi-
Sinking my teeth into this tool, and i've run across a question, there's GOT to be an easy way to do this -

Let's say that i've got a 2-second loop that i've created. All i want to do is select it all (i know that Cmd-A that part on its own), move the current time selection to the end of the file (or selection) and (3) paste what i've copied. At the end of it, i should have a four-second loop, which is my loop played twice.

In essence, i want to select my audio in my file and essentially cut/paste it all at the end in one fell swoop. Is there a quick/easy way to perform this task?
cheers!

Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, move to end (several methods, but if you're zoomed all the way out then End will do it), Ctrl-V
(Or is it Apple-key-A on the Mac?)

I suppose if you're running SoundForge Pro you could write, or ask someone to write for you, a script to automate these steps. Well, assuming the Mac version does scripting.
