Subject:sound forge - ''read only''

I have sound forge 10.0. perfect programm. now suddenly all the musicfiles I open appear with ''read only. which means I cannot change anything in the recording [volume, fade etc.]
How to change that ?

In the 'Open' window, confirm that "Open as read only" is not check marked.

Are any of the files from iTunes (which often include rights management software)?

Where are your music files located? Have you ensured that the drive or folder is not set to Read Only?
