I am using Sound Forge 9 with Windows 7 x64 Pro. For some reason I now have a problem using "Extract Audio from CD". The tracks are listed, but will not play. When I select OK to extract, I get a message saying that there is an internal error. 'SFMMCX'-(17) ''-(2) -'PLEXTOR BD-R PX-LB950SA 1.06'-(0) Module mmc.cpp Line 479 The operation is not supported by this drive. Status: 00000000 Command: Sense: 00 00 00 Info: 00 00 00 00 Specific: 00 00 00 Extra: I have re-installed Sound Forge, but it is still not working. The same thing happens with Sony CD Architect. I have removed the CD drive using Windows Device Manager and re-installed it. The CD drive will play CDs in Windows Media Player. I can extract CD tracks with onther program. Not sure what else to try, can anyone help please? Message last edited on11/15/2014 7:19:21 AM byclothears. |

Solved by using another CD drive. Not sure why the Plextor drive would not work, perhaps it is because it is a Blu-ray drive? Message last edited on11/21/2014 9:45:22 AM byclothears. |
