Make even tempo from uneven, shifting tempo. -Sound Forge - PC

I see there is a multi-step way to even tempo an non even tempo music using ACID and SoundForge, however, I don't have ACID, only SoundForgePro. Is there any way using something like Markers to have SoundForge create equal distances with something like TimeStretch between my marks, only throughout an entire file I've marked? Have it done in an automated way that somehow doesn't require I manually chunk down every measure and manually even up say 50 or 80 measures? There must be a simple way to do this that I'm not aware of. Please help, I can't believe I'm the only one with this challenge. I have to fix music for dancers who need unshifting tempo throughout the music.
