Subject:SoundForge and GraceNote service (not working)

I have tried uploading CD information to GraceNote via SoundForge after using CD Architect, also by Sony. I am using SoundForge 10.0 . I cannot figure out why after 1 week my GraceNote information still won't populate when I put a CD into my computer and open iTunes or Windows Media Player. I contacted GraceNote but they said I have to contact Sony about this issue.
