Subject:Native Instruments Service Center Install Error

I just purchased and installed Acid Pro 7, which came with various extras such as Native Instruments guitar plugins. Everything installed properly and without error. But when I tried to activate the guitar plugins (Plexi Combo, Twang etc) through the activation software, "Service Center" I immediately got an error with that program. Since I can not seem to get Service Center to install I can not activate those guitar plugins. After numerous reinstalls and reboot the error persists. Can anybody help?

I am using Windows 8.1 x64 with all updates current.

Here is a link to my OneDrive cloud where I put the install log and screen shots of the various stages of install and error for viewing.

Hmm, I had a similar problem (if not the same one), but my problem was caused by me still holding onto XP for dear life. (I'm still holding onto it in fact).
I emailed Native Instruments and they were able to help me. I think they had to send me an authorization file. I don't quite remember anymore, but try them!

Thanks Musition for the response. I did email their support so hopefully I'll hear something back soon!

Curiously the service center application looks to be in a circa windows xp style. Perhaps that's my issue as I'm using Win 8.1!

I heard back from tech support and they gave me a link to an update that fixed the issue. Everything works fine now!
