Is there a way to copy the tracks with timing and export as a jpg file? Conversely, if you lay down markers, is there a way to get a summary of the markers and what time is associated with the marker?

Press PrtScr and then paste into your favorite image editor. I'm unsure if you're asking for anything more than that.

In Sound Forge Pro 10 there's a menu option for View / Metadata/Show all which will give you, among other things, a spreadsheet of marker timings. I don't see this in version 9. I have no idea if it exists in any of the Studio versions.

And in Windows 7 I can use the snipping tool to capture just the timeline.
