Audio Studio Overwriting Metadata -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Audio Studio Overwriting Metadata Posted by: jdsmusic Date:10/24/2014 11:54:52 AM I have about 200 or so mp3 files where from iTunes I had added the lyrics into the metadata tags. If I load one of these files in Audio Studio 10 (build 252) when I save the file it overwrites the MP3 tag and wipes out my lyrics. I turned on View All Metadata and when the file is loaded in Audio Studio it does not display the lyrics tag. As a workaround I have been opening the file in itunes and copying the lyrics to the clipboard. Then when done editing in Audio Studio and saved. I reopen the file in ITunes and paste back in the lyrics. Is this a known bug? Will one of the newer products get around this? I need to add a click track to all the files but dont want to loose the lyrics. It will be to cumbersome to do the workaround for 200 times.
