Simple method or VST plugin to change video 'angle

I would like to composite a video within a video, but I would like the composite video to be 'angled' (for lack of a more appropriate term). In other words, I would like for it to appear as it is turned XX degrees from the viewer. Is there an easy method or VST plugin in VP11 to accomplish this? Thanks.

Use Pan/Crop for rotation on the X or Y axis or Track Motion (set "Source Alpha" to 3D Source Alpha) for rotation on the X, Y or Z axis.

You don't need a plug-in.
You should be able to do that with track motion by clicking on "Edit in Object Space" button. And what Mike said.
