i just bought SF 2.0....it will not record more than 30 seconds. It displays a message that says an error has occurred. I am not able to get in touch with support due to some password problem. I've been using the PC version for 10 years or more and tryimng to migrate to myu mac. Any ideas???? |

What type of Mac are you using? Are you using the builtin audio hardware or an external device? What version of OSX are you running? Peter |

I've had this same issue. I e-mailed support on Sunday and still haven't received a reply. In my case, the amount to time it takes to crash varies, but it happens pretty consistently whenever recording live audio. I'm using a Mackie Onyx-280i. I have no problems at all when using Reaper, for that that's worth. I'm on a MacMini Server, with the latest version of Mavericks. Any assistance would be appreciated! Good to know I'm not the only one having this issue. Message last edited on9/9/2014 9:13:09 PM byginosigi. |

@ginosigi If you select the built in mac audio device in Forge, does problem persist? Peter |

Same problem here, SF 2 Pro build 190 with TC Konnekt on a Macbook Pro I7 2.9ghz with 16GB Ram. Start record and crash after less than 30 seconds. Very very annoying also considering the price of the software!!!!! Message last edited on10/7/2014 4:02:45 AM byFabio Macor. |

Fabio, Try this for me: 1.) Close Forge 2.) Relaunch Forge while holding control and shift. When the app launches, it should say "The Application has been reset". If your record issues still persist, please open an issue with tech support and it'll be escalated to me. |
