Subject:Sound Forge XP5.0 Serial Number Problem

Can anyone help. I downloaded Acid 3.0 with Sound Forge XP last year and have used it for the year. I was recently required to reformat my hard drive. I am now trying to reinstall XP5.0 and I cannot remember or figure out what my serial number was. ACID 3.0 has installed 100% fine.

I tried the Serial Number from the ABOUT that I had written down and I tried the ACID serial number.

What am I missing. I have tried emailing support but I have received no response.

If you're having trouble with serial numbers you'll probably do better by calling their customer service department.

Thanks, I did what you suggested, waited on hold for 5 minutes, gave my reg info and got the number.
