Well, I got excited for a bit but after installing the update, still no apply button on the fx chainer. This REALLY sucks. I paid money for this program believing that this version would be improved, not crippled. I haven't been able to use it yet. I have to use V10 with all the bugs. So one more time: When editing music (and sound effects) you MUST be able to apply a volume envelope!!! I use this 10 times in every music edit I do!! Thanks again... for nothing. |

Agree with that: can't use SF11 without that function. That really makes no sense to me! :( |

I don't know why people are saying "use Apply Plug IN Chainer". That may work some of the time but unless I'm missing something you can NOT do a volume envelope there, you can only change the volume for the entire clip (or selection), which I can do with Process-volume. Definitely not the same as an envelope! |

Envelopes are a DAW function. Sound Forge began life as an editor. |
