Subject:3/4 time in Beatmapper Metronome

Is the Beatmapper metronome limited to 4/4 time? I have Acid Music Studio.

Does Pro allow tempos in 3? Like 3/4 and 6/8?

I have Acid Music Studio 9 and use the metronome on occasion. It is my understanding that it gets its timing info from the beats/minute and the time signature that you set for your project. So, yes, it can do things other than 4/4.

But when my project is set to 3/4, the metronome in the Beatmapper is still in 4/4.

In other words, it is NOT taking the info from the project settings.

I just checked my system. It works as I described it. I can change the timing and Time Signature and it affects the metronome. If I select 3/4, the emphasis is on beat 1 then beat 4, then beat 7, etc. So, it is emphasizing beat 1 of 3/4. IF I select 2/4, it emphasizes every other beat and so on. I've changed it to other combinations and it works as I described it. In order to start it, I have to select the Play-from-Start or Play buttons.
