Sound Forge 10 installed on W7, anytime I do anything to a song, normalize, trim the start or end dead space and save the file it always removes chunks of the track and never in the same place, kind of random. Problem is I had Sound Forge installed on this computer before. I use this desktop stritcly for recording, so there is nothing running in the background, no anti-virus because it is not cxonnected to the internet. Nothing has changed with this machine other than I reinstalled Sound Forge 10. Used to work great now it does not. |

I would suggest uninstalling all versions of SF with a third-party uninstall utility ('Revo Uninstaller' using the advanced mode for instance), which removes all previous SF registry entries.. then reinstall SF. |
