Subject:Sound Forge registration on Windows

I am using Movie Studio Platinum and bought versions up to 10 as CD and later versions as download but I cannot registrer Sound Forge 10 on my Windows 8.1 PC. I have tried to login on Sony with my serial number and with Optional Authentification Code with no result.
Is there a solution to this problem?
It looks like many people are have problems !!
