Subject:SAVED WITH DISTORTION !!!!

After I finished my tracks, I saved them as CD QUALITY AUDIO.
Now they sound with distrotion. Every time I play them the speakers have a terrible sound.
I would like to recover my original good quality sound, but I do not know how.
Please Help Me

these track are very important. I have spent days of works on them.

Invest in some recording classes or some books and start reading.
