Subject:Media Manager Messing with Add Clip Dialog

Has anyone else had this problem? When I choose "Add Clip..." from the Paint Clip Selector button, the dialog box that comes up is blank. By default, the file types it shows are "All Media Files", and nothing shows up. The only work-around is for me to choose "All Files (*.*)" I only noticed this happening after installing the Media Manager. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but it's a heck of a coincidence.
