Subject:Burn Disc at Once (+metadata) - get silent tracks

Using SF Pro 10 / Windows XP Pro I go through the procedure of making a CD - copy tracks into a new file; set time to Audio CD; Quantise frames; make regions into tracks (N); add metadata for tracks, CD summary and CD information; do "Burn Disc at Once" (turn off, as directed) Buffer under run, and tick Write CD text. (There is no option to "clsoe disc after burning). Result - silent tracks.... If I burn a CD without "Write CD text" ticked" all is well.... Tracks are fine (but then, no metadata....!). I assume that by ticking "Write CD text" I am "making a CD with audio tracks that contain metadata" rather than making a "CD with ONLY the metadata"??? I also tried adding the tracks by using the Red Book interface and dragging tracks across to the Track window. And with other tracks. Same problem.... I have NOT altered the track order as Support mentioned this was a known bug. There is a screenshot here: http://www.peterseabourne.com/temp/sf_screenshot.jpg (19 tracks a lot of markers, but exactly the same happens with 3 different files containing no markers - I tried, just in case...) Desperately need this sorted by tomorrow - have deadline - so any help MOST gratefully received... Thanks, Peter |
