Render to, streaming to Sharp TV

I have a Sharp Aquos LCD TV which has wireless streaming capabilities.
Can someone suggest the best render to format so I can review some of the work by streaming to the TV.

If you're streaming over a wired network, it's fairly straightforward.
Fairly limited over wireless, and you really need to know what you're doing with both the network and the render.

I have a NAS on my network that I can navigate to with the TV.
What I do not know is the type/format the TV can display
