I think you have to be clear about what an update to the server actuallydoes - usually it is in cache and not going to write to a database result instantly and in fact the process could take anywhere from 24hrs to 72hrs as a best practice. SCS should be clear about what they are expecting of themselves to happen.
Forum admin, I've tried to update my specs 3 times and they haven't stuck. I haven't tried to repeat. VITGuy, no, previously I've had my updates appear instantly.
After hitting the 'submit' button below, did you get the message stating 'Your changes have been saved.' (in red) under the 'System Information' title?

Yes. Same result, my changes are not updated.
I added the make of PC and selected WIN7 as my OS, neither of them are showing.
System Specs update fine here (also UK)
BUT - Like ushere my Software has not been updated ato reflect recent upgrades and entering serial numbers under "Register Software" results in a screen refresh (no message) and no update.

Sorry, I thought it was all system not appeared, but, yes, I just noticed that OS not available. Before last week's update for System#3, it was long ago.
While updating System#3, I noticed new field for Computer Brand/Model. So, I put System #3 Computer Brand as Notebook. Previous systems were built ourselves.
