Subject:Registering MainConcept MPEG Plugin Breaks Customize Button in Acid Pro 3.0e

when i registered the main concept mpeg plugin, it broke the "customize" button. any ideas? ..i have Acid Pro 3.0e... also the customize button worked until acid was restarted. |

Sorry, I don't exactly understand what you mean by "broke". Is it grayed out, does pressing it cause the app to crash, or something else? Did you Register the MC Mpeg plug-in via Vegas or Video Factory 2 or did you purchase it? If the latter, did you get the standard version, or the professional version? The standard version allows users to open any mpegs, and to save to all of the Mpeg 1 and 2 templates, and also to create custom Mpeg 1 templates. The professional version also allows users to customize Mpeg 2 templates. Hope this helps a little. Best, Joel |

I Registered the MainConcept plugin via Acid Pro 3.0. by "broke" i mean when i click "customize" it dosen't do anything, but it did work after i registered it, but after i re-started acid pro , it no longer worked. i have the professional version. |

I to have this problem, that the customise button, only after installing Vegas 4, now does't open the customise options... but will in Vegas 3. Has anyone solved this problem? |

We're not reproducing this on any of our machines in-house. However, we have noticed this exact behavior does happen when using a pirated copy of the software. If you have a valid license for these programs and are still having trouble, please contact our tech support team, and we'll be glad to work with you to reproduce and rectify this. HTH, Joel |
