Dolby .ac3 missing from Vegas Pro 12 and DVDA 6 -AC-3 Encoder

The audio tracks are not muted, I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Vegas Pro 12 and DVD Architect 6.0, run all the updates, but to no avail. If someone is familiar with this problem, please HELP!!!! I am getting absolutely killed by the rendering times at DVD Architect (takes me 48 hours to render 1.5 hours of DVD video in not so high quality), with audio rendering taking up most of the time (I use the PCM audio format right now).

I have just purchased Movie Studio Platinum 13 Suite, and it is missing there too. I used to use Platinum Suite 10 and it was missing there as well. I have opened a support case about this, because all of Sony's promotional materials and release notes say this plug-in is part of Platinum Suite 13.
