Clearly there are the same issues that keep coming up with no response, but all I get through e-mail are great promos about half off this and that. Hmmm. Wonder why? No responses from Sony on tech issues? Hmmm. Whasat joke!

You do realize that this is a user-to-user help forum, right? And that nobody on this forum gets paid. We're all helping people out whenever we can.

If you're having trouble figuring out how to contact Sony, that may indicate why you're also having trouble figuring out the software.

If you're looking for official tech support on the forums, you're going to have a bad time. This isn't the official way to get support from Sony. Occasionally some of the Sony devs will peruse the forum and answer questions. Beyond that, this is a user forum, so you have to hope that some other user has the fix for your problem.
