New Blue Logo

Hi, All.

I just installed and registered New blue titler Pro --latest build--in my new V 12, and it seems really powerful.

But how do I get rid of the big Red X and the "NBFX" leering at me from the Vegas preview window?

It seems like something you'd see in a trial or unregistered version, but I'm sure I registered.

OK, so being "sure" is immature.

I AM sure I did some stuff that SEEMED like I was registering.

Is there a way I can check to see if I really am registered?

Registered and activated are typically different things.

From the Titler Pro menu click the help menu and select activate product.
If you are already activated the dialog will say so. If not, enter your code into this box to activate.

I have Titler Pro 2 but the process should be the same for Titler Pro 1 which is bundled with Vegas. Not sure which you are using.

Thank you.

I found a 16-digit number for Titler in an email from Sony with all my serials.

But when I enter it into the new blue dialog that asks for it, it shows a greyed-out "Activate" Button. Did I do a bad thing by upgrading to 2.0 before activating?

Is there a way to go back?

Arrrrgh.

Did you buy version 2 as well?
Remember this thread?

Sure enough.

Naive of me to blithley follow an invitation to upgrade.

Uninstalled 2.0. Re-downloaded and installed 1.0. Bingo.

Thank you for your suggestion. It broke the ice jam in my brain.

Thank you, too, for the jog.

Remembering, these days, for me is a marathon, and not a sprint.

Yes, Vegas Pro 11/12 comes bundled with Titler Pro 1. If you install Titler Pro 2, you will need to purchase a serial number.

As long as you use the OpenFX version of Titler Pro 1 in Vegas Pro 11/12, you will not get a watermark.
