Subject:The Great Oz - Vocal Effect

Is there any way to achieve the sound of the Great Oz using Sound Forge effects? Its for a school production. I plan to green screen the actor and process the image with effects, but I also need to do the audio effects. I know how to do the video, but I'm not as experienced with audio effects. And if not Sound Forge, what else would be suggested?

Have you tried chaining pitch shift reverb and echo? elastique Timestretch should be useful if you have access to that, also Izotope's Nectar.

Wait a minute -- are you talking about the 2013 Disney movie, or the classic 1939 original? They didn't have digital special effects back then!

The 1939 Classic. I need to reproduce the effect live on stage and on video.
