Subject:Voice Problem with mic

Is there anyway either with Acid Pro, or with sound forge editing that i can smooth out my voice sound so that it better blends with back ground music, also more importantly is there a way that I can get the rough interference and abrupt noises that mic picks up, all I seem to use is either normalization with sound forge and with acid I use distortion FX...Please let me know what else I can use for it

Are you saying you want the rough interference and abrupt noise or is that a typo? What kind of mic are you using and what type of room are you recording in?
