So I just started to use this great software and I noticed a video feature.... does anybody know how to use it?

It's not a video editor by any means. The main use for this video track is for scoring music to match the video. Say you have a video that you need to add music to. Load this video into the video track and then you can watch it in the preview window as you create your musical composition. This lets you get the timing of the beat, movement, and changes to match what's going on in the video.
