Subject:Want effects window to not auto-dock

SF8 - Is there a way to make the effects view window for the Plugin Chainer, Spectrum analysis, etc to not auto-dock or whatever you call it i.e. where the edges of the window snap to one edge or the other of the work area? I want to be able to size it however I want and move it wherever I want without it doing this.

Hold down the Ctrl key as you move the windows around.
