Subject:Vocal tempo match?

I want to record my vocals so I can put them in a song I have created, but how can I make sure when I record the vocals that I can keep my song tempo at 138 bpm and the vocal will record at that tempo as well? thanks

Hello,

In the record dialog put a check mark in the "Make Recording Follow Project Tempo" setting and try that, Other than that, you could try recording then working with the tempo after the recording is finished.

Also, try to record your vocals in short, verse or chorus-only segments that can be individually re-synced if necessary. You'll notice that the shorter the individual recorded segment, the easier it is to keep it in sync. Trying to keep a song-length one-shot in sync can be trouble.
