Subject:Unable to load SFS 10.

I registered my new updated version only last week..20th Nov.. all ok but later rolled back PC as I had problems with IE9 and google shutting down searches. After roll back it reverted to SFS 9. I couldnt reload 10 as it was saying "already downloaded".
I uninstalled from CP, did regedit and deleted all ref to sony but it still says "Sony sfs10 is already downloaded". I'm stuck, please help.
